Our Monet Water Lilies reversible rain cape is pack-able, rainproof, windproof and lightweight.  Hidden double-sided magnets to prevent sleeves from billowing during windy conditions.  Rain cape can fold up into a travel pouch with snap-on strap for your tote, car, briefcase or travel bag.  One size fits most; two shell buttons for adjustable fit. Reverses to blue.
