Cards developed from Kawase Hasui’s  Miyajima in Snow (Yuki no Miyajima),1929 and Mt. Fuji, Clearing after a Snowfall in Oshiono (Fuji no yukibare (Oshiono fukin)), 1953, from The Art Institute of Chicago’s collection.

Hasui's works were commonly landscapes, but displayed atmospheric effects and natural lighting. These two cards feature the snow covered landscapes of wintertime.

The cards are made from a sustainable FSC certified mix paper and vegetable-based inks.
