Romae Prudentia Bracelet

This striking bracelet is inspired by one of the world's first adjustable bracelets! It is modeled after a sixth century BC example. "Prudentia" means "prudence," or the ability to govern oneself by reason; it was considered to be a virtue. The Roman Prudentia was the personification of Prudence; often depicted in the company of Justitia, the personification of Justice, her attributes were the mirror and the snake.
